தப்லீக் ஜமாஅத்தினர் பின் நின்று தொழலாமா?

தமிழ்நாடு அரசு தலைமைக் காழியின் பத்வா-Can Muslims perform their prayers (namaz) under the Tableegh Jamath Followers?-Tamil Nadu Kazhi fatwa:

கேள்வி: அஷ்ரப் அலி தானவி, காஸிம் நானோத்தவி, ரஷீது அஹ்மது கங்கோஹி, இஸ்மாயில் திஹ்லவி, ஹுஸைன் அஹ்மது மதனி மற்றும் இல்யாஸ் ஆகியோர் கொண்டுள்ள (அகாயித்) கொள்கைகள் என்ன? இவர்களைப் பின்பற்றிய ஒருவரை இமாமாகக் கொண்டு அவரது தலைமையின் கீழ் முஸ்லிம்கள் தம் தொழுகையை நிறைவேற்றலாமா? இவர்கள் தம் கொள்கை(அகாயித்)களை ஏற்கலாமா? இப்படிப்பட்ட ஒரு இமாமின் தலைமையின் கீழ் தொழப்படும் தொழுகை ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளப்பட்ட ஒன்றாக அமையுமா?

பதில்: (இவ்வினாவில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள) இவர்கள் அனைவரது கொள்கைகளும் அடிப்படையில் குபுரைக் கொண்டது. இக்கொள்கை வழிப் பிரிவினரின் இமாமத்தின் கீழ் தொழப்படும் தொழுகை ஒருக்காலும் நிறைவுடையதோ ஏற்கத் தக்கதோ அல்ல.

Assalamu Alaikum

I will be much obliged if you would kindly furnish me very early replies  to the following questions, with your official stamp duly affixed:-

1.    What does sharee-at- say for a man committing Thowheen-e-Rasool i.e. contempt of the Holy Prophet?

2.    Who was the Pir(shaik) of Moulana Ilyas?

3.    Who were the teachers and (shaik) of Moulana Ilyas?

4.    What were the (Akhayed) principles of –faith of Ashrafali Thanavi, Kassim Nanuthawi, Rasheed Ahamed Gangoohi, Ismail Dehlavi, Hussain Ahmed Madani and Moulana Ilyas? Can Muslims perform their prayers (namaz) under the leadership of an Imam who is the followers of these people and accepting the faith (Akhayed) of these people? Will the namaz behind such an Imam be complete and acceptable?

Answers:-

1.    contempt of the Holy Prophet (Thowheen-e-Rasool) is ‘Kufar’ and a muslim doing such an act is expelled from Islam.

2.    and 3. The priests pir (shaik) and teachers of Moulana Ilyas were Rasheed Ahamed Kangoohi and Khaleel Ahmed Anbhetvi.

3.    Akhayed (principles of faith) of all these people were of ‘Kufar’ in nature. Namaz behind an Imam of the school of thought of these people will never be complete and acceptable.
